Pricing & Payments

How is pricing calculated?

Can you give a fair quote?
Yes. With photos or a short visit we confirm a clear, fair price before any loading begins.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Our prices include labour, VAT and disposal unless we state otherwise.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer or cash. Receipts and paperwork are provided for your records.

What We Take

What can you not take?
We cannot take asbestos, large volumes of chemicals, gas bottles, clinical waste or sharps. We can advise on safe disposal routes.
Do you take plasterboard?
Yes. It is handled separately from general waste to remain compliant.
Do you take soil or rubble?
Small amounts, yes. Heavier loads are priced by weight and we will advise the best option for larger quantities.
Can you take fridges and WEEE?

Do you disconnect appliances?
We can unplug standard units and remove simple doors. Hard-wired or plumbed appliances must be isolated first.
Can you remove single items?
Yes. We handle one-off items like sofas, mattresses and fridges as well as full clearances, often at short notice.

Yes, where access is safe. We plan routes for stairs and tight turns in advance.
