Overview

Office Clearance services

Office clearance helps businesses, landlords, facilities managers and project teams remove unwanted furniture, storage, WEEE and workspace contents before a move, refit, downsizing or lease handback. We cover Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, High Peak, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire for office decommissions and refits. The Waste Removers handle the lifting and loading from offices, meeting rooms, storage areas and shared buildings where access is suitable. Send photos, item lists and access notes before booking, including lifts, stairs, service entrances and any WEEE. Every completed clearance is documented with an invoice and Digital Waste Transfer Note, with photo evidence available for facilities or landlord records.

Scenarios we handle

Office clearance should be practical and organised: a floor may need clearing before new desks arrive, a storage room may be full of old filing cabinets, or a tenant may need furniture removed before handback. We confirm what is loose, what needs dismantling, where the loading route is and what paperwork is needed before the job is booked.

Office furniture

Desks, chairs, pedestals and meeting tables lifted and loaded from workspaces.

IT and WEEE

Monitors, printers, cables and small electronics reviewed and listed on paperwork.

Storage rooms

Shelving, boxed paper, filing cabinets and back-office contents removed.

Move and refit waste

Old furniture, packaging and loose contents cleared before a workspace reset.

Managed buildings

Access notes, lifts, shared entrances and site sign-in details checked before booking.

Handover records

Invoices, Digital Waste Transfer Notes and photos supplied where needed.

FAQs

Answers to common questions

What office items do you remove?
We remove desks, chairs, meeting tables, cabinets, pedestals, shelving, kitchen-area items, boxed office contents and WEEE by arrangement.
How do you minimise disruption?
We agree the areas to clear, confirm access notes and keep shared routes tidy while the agreed items are loaded.
Do you provide compliance paperwork?
Yes. We issue an invoice and Digital Waste Transfer Note for the load. For complex sites, any extra compliance documentation can be discussed when booking.
Can you remove IT equipment and WEEE?
WEEE such as monitors, printers, cables and small office electronics can be reviewed by arrangement and listed on paperwork. Data wiping and IT security are separate from office clearance.
Do I need to dismantle desks before collection?
Not normally. Freestanding office furniture can be dismantled where safe, but fixed services, built-in units and connected equipment must be identified before quoting.
What access details do you need?
Tell us about lifts, stairs, shared entrances, service yards, loading areas, building sign-in, access codes and any time limits set by the site.
Can you clear confidential documents?
We can remove boxed paper as office waste, but confidential records and data destruction should go through your chosen secure document route.
What cannot be taken in an office clearance?
Hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, sharps, clinical waste, gas bottles, fuels, oils, liquid paint, large batteries and suspicious materials are not taken as standard.
