Start with the group that best matches the job. House clearance is for rooms and whole homes, rubbish removal is for mixed one-off loads, bulky waste is for large individual items, and business or property clearance is for managed sites that need paperwork.

Home clearances

For homes, rooms, lofts, cupboards, garages, probate, tenancy changes and downsizing.

Quotes and paperwork

How pricing and paperwork works

A clear quote depends on the waste, the access and the disposal route. We price the job before loading starts so you know what is included.

1

Send photos first

Photos, postcode details and access notes help us judge volume, weight, stairs, parking and carrying distance.

2

Confirm the quote

Price depends on volume, weight, loading time and restricted items. We confirm what can be taken before the job starts.

3

Receive paperwork

Completed jobs include an invoice and Digital Waste Transfer Note where appropriate, with licensed disposal recorded.

FAQs

Common questions before you book

Which service should I choose if I have mixed rubbish?
Choose rubbish removal if the load is a mix of bagged waste, boxes, small furniture, packaging, garage clutter or household items. If the job is clearing rooms in a home, house clearance is usually a better fit.
Is house clearance different from rubbish removal?
Yes. House clearance is for clearing rooms, homes, probate properties, landlord resets or downsizing jobs. Rubbish removal is better for one-off mixed loads where you already know what needs taking.
Do you collect business or trade waste?
Yes, where the waste is suitable and non-hazardous. Commercial waste removal covers one-off business waste, trade waste removal covers fitter and contractor waste, and office clearance covers workspace contents.
When should I choose property clearance?
Choose property clearance for storage units, lock-ups, shops, warehouses, schools, managed premises and similar spaces. It is not the same as domestic house clearance.
What items can you not take?
Asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, clinical waste, sharps, fuels, oils, liquid paint, suspicious materials and hazardous waste are not taken as standard. Tell us about restricted items before booking so we can advise properly.
How do you price waste removal?
Pricing depends on the volume, weight, access, loading time and disposal route. Photos, postcode details and access notes help us confirm the right quote before loading starts.
