Fly-Tipping Clearance

Dumped waste on private land or a managed site? Send safe-distance photos so we can check the load, access and any suspicious items before booking.

Overview

Fly-Tipping Clearance services

Fly-tipping clearance helps landlords, managing agents, facilities managers and site owners deal with dumped non-hazardous waste on private land or managed sites. We cover Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire, High Peak, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire for private-land and managed-site clearances. The Waste Removers can load from bin stores, garage courts, private car parks, business yards and rural entrances where access is safe. Send photos of the waste, postcode and access before booking, especially if anything looks suspicious or restricted. Every completed collection is documented with an invoice and Digital Waste Transfer Note, and photo evidence can be provided for records. Across the business, we aim to divert around 95% of collected waste from landfill through reuse, recycling and responsible disposal routes.

Scenarios we handle

Fly-tipping jobs often start with a practical problem: a blocked bin store, dumped furniture in a garage court, bags left behind a shop, pallets in a service yard or waste dropped at a private entrance. We confirm what is visible from photos, check whether the load is suitable, then agree the quote before collection. If restricted or suspicious material is present, it is raised before booking rather than moved as normal waste.

Scope

What we clear

We clear dumped black bags, loose non-hazardous mixed waste, furniture, mattresses, carpets, pallets, timber, packaging, garden waste and bulky items from private or managed sites. WEEE and appliances can be reviewed by arrangement when they are described clearly before booking and listed correctly on paperwork. We cannot move sharps, needles, clinical waste, asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, fuels, oils, liquid paint, unknown drums, contaminated waste, biohazards, medical waste, human waste, blood-contaminated material, dead animals or suspicious liquids. If anything looks hazardous, suspicious or unsafe, do not touch it. Send photos only where it is safe and raise it before booking because it may be outside the service.

FAQs

Answers to common questions

Can you clear fly-tipped waste on private land?
Yes. We clear non-hazardous fly-tipped waste from private land and managed sites, then provide an invoice and Digital Waste Transfer Note. Before-and-after photos can be supplied for records.
What photos should I send before booking?
Send photos of the dumped waste, the access route and any gates, locks, bin stores or loading restrictions. Do not touch anything that looks hazardous, suspicious or unsafe.
Do you handle sharps or biohazards?
No. Sharps, needles, clinical waste, biohazards, asbestos, chemicals and suspicious materials are outside this service and must be raised before booking.
Will you provide before and after photos?
Yes. Photos can be provided for landlords, managing agents, facilities teams or insurers when a clear record of the cleared area is needed.
Can you clear fly-tipping from public land?
Public-land dumping should normally be reported through the proper public reporting route. This service is for private land, managed sites, business yards, bin stores, garage courts and similar areas.
What paperwork will I receive?
You receive an invoice and Digital Waste Transfer Note with The Waste Removers' carrier details, including waste carrier licence CBDU609834.
Can you clear fridges, appliances or WEEE dumped on site?
WEEE can be reviewed by arrangement when it is clearly described before booking and matches the collection route. Leaking, contaminated or unsafe items must be raised before a quote is confirmed.
How is fly-tipping clearance priced?
Pricing depends on the type and volume of waste, access, loading time and any restricted items visible in photos. The quote is confirmed before work starts.
